"Nice" according to Hollie Luttrell. The label on the front was glued on upside down! Luckily, I was keeping it, and not giving as a gift!. Recommended with some reservations Daniel A. Statt Vintage Menswear photographically documents a collection of men's garments of the twentieth century, falling under the three heads of sport, military, and workwear. The book is a welcome addition to the recent wave of publications on clothing history, particularly as it treats the relatively under-examined area of men's fashion. The book, however, proves a bit difficult to review, as the collection that it documents, and the quality of the photography, more than justify the publication of a work whose text may leav. Completely Amazing Beautiful documentation of the most desirable and wonderfully designed vintage menswear. Just one page after another of full colour photos, some with close details, of over one hundred fine pieces of clothing. I would be surprised if anyone was disappointed with this beautiful book. Highly recommended.
