Reaching back into the ancient days of Norse mythology, this tightly written tale is wholly original and yet faithful to the lore. After you finish reading, look up Tyr on the Internet. Not only will you have been entertained you will be given a succinct introduction into the myths that inspired Tolkien. We in America owe far more to Norse culture than to Greek or Roman.
