Brilliant concept of Danger Cove Sheila I have always enjoyed the concept of the Danger Cove books where different authors present their own stories but in the same locale with the same characters cropping up in minor roles. It wasn't until the next day after reading this that I realized the whole story occurred in one place with just the occasional foray into the outside. Quite exceptional.. ANOTHER LOVELY DANGER COVE MYSTERY! Second in the Danger Cove Quilting Mystery series, we catch up with ex-lawyer turned quilt appraiser Keely Fairchild. Forced to give up her law practice when she developed stress related syncope disorder. We meet familiar character such as museum director, Gil Torres and Quilting Guild members Dee Madison and Emma Quinn. Romantic interest, Matt Viera is back after a three month absence. New characters, such as quilt expert Meg McLaughlin and her assistant, Jayne Connors, add interest. It is the Christ,as season and quilt quilt members are helping to make quilted orn. One of the quilts Keely appraises is a Tree of Life quilt. Unfortunately, the young man that brought the quilt in, is murdered in the parking lot after the appraisal.
