Since reading it, I have stopped drinking soda and floss more frequently. I didn't know how important it was to floss regularly. Anyone who cares about oral cleanliness should pay strict attention to what is being said in this book. It is a most enjoyable read.I, in the past have had a bad experience with a former dentist.
