I thoroughly enjoy the illustrations in the books by this author. This book is simple but very enjoyable. My 4 year old thought the word "thingamabob" was really funny as it's not a word we have used. I also like the idea of us, as the reader, being in on the little secret of what the "thingamabob" is when the character has no idea. Very cute. I would recommend this book and this author..
