Reads like a bad blog. Tell_It I actually am a big fan of the Hellers. I loved Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. It was the easiest, most satisfying diet I've ever followed and I lost weight with it back in the 90's. Recently I've gained some middle-aged weight and my half hearted attempts to "eat less" weren't working. I decided to dig out the old CAD book and do weight-loss the easy way. Well, I couldn't find that book, but thought that was OK because surely there is better information in a newer book? Sadly no. The SEC was extremely boring and difficult to slog through. As other reviewer. NewlyAwakened said Worth the read for additional information to add to CAD/CALP. I must say for full disclosure I checked the book out from my library and did not buy off of amazon. So if that upsets you or if you feel that will invalidate my review then read no further. For anyone else who decided to read on I have read both the original Carbohydrate Addict's Diet (CAD) and the update Carbohydrate Addict's LifeSpan Program (CALP). I actuall follow a combo of CAD/CALP along with intermittent fasting (IF) and most days actually do what Rachael Heller did herself to supposedly lose 150 pounds which is to only eat one meal a day. I know. D. Green said Worth A Read!!!!!!!!!. I'm glad that I took the time to read The Stress Eating Cure for myself. I have read this book from cover to cover. I have come to the conclusion that the authors have updated their previous works (books). I have always felt that I lost weight faster when my carb meal was consumed earlier in the day. The authors have validated this theory in their latest book. This book merely changes the higher carb meal to early or late morning. All subsequent meals are truly low carb. The term reward meal is missing. Breakfast doesn't not require that one start the m
