Testimonials interrupt the flow of the main text in ways that are confusing; the formatting makes it look like a new section, then you return to the original flow of information without warning. I have to backtrack too often. Also, there are many references in the text to specific pages for further information,. but incredibly wonderful meals. The original book and the Quick and Shelly I have been following the South Beach Diet for many years, it has become to me, the South Beach system! My blood pressure has dropped considerably to the point of one fourth the strength of my blood pressure medication. My doctor is so impressed, and asks me questions on my two six month visits, We are considering whether or not I really need the one fourth strength.
