Was it needed to successfully pass the test? Yes. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. But they should really review the content and make it more reader friendly.. "Four Stars" according to Bruce Manuel. A lot of useful information. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.. lori thompson said Not what I was expecting. Poor value for $'s spent. This is a very tiny 60 question 'booklet' - not a book. Was hoping for a lot more questions. Should be more like $10-$15 for what it is.Also, I had already paid $50 to write an on line practice exam through the Castle testing and many of the same questions were duplicates in the book. To those looking to do a practice exam - do one or the other. Both was a waste of money.
This booklet may be used in conjunction with the PMA Certification Study Guide and, Joseph Pilates’ Return to Life. Graduates of any comprehensive Pilates program will benefit from this booklet because it is composed of retired questions from previous exams, and therefore reflects the format of the multiple choice question, as well as the tone and grammatical structures used in the current exam.
