My husband, my grown kids are doing it with me. The first week we all noticed the increase of energy from the food change. We've lost some weight, but for us it's most important to eat well for our health. Recently, I ate carbs and non-list items (acidy foods) which I would eat everyday, and I felt woozy, shaky and wanted to lay down! My husband had the same experience when he ate acidic foods as well.
