Wonderful and intriguing. This is a well written book. I love all the characters. The first few chapters sounded like another book I had read but quickly changed. I loved everything about it. This is a CLEAN, Godly, sweet book. Thank you.. classic western romance butterfly21 If you enjoy classic western romance, you will enjoy this book. There's the spunky damsel in distress, the handsome hero who comes to her rescue (in more ways than 1), the supporting characters who add comic relief and of course the villains who try and kidnap the heroine. The Marshall's Promise is a nice light read that doesn't require too much thinking to enjoy. Yes it could be mildly predictable at times, but overall I enjoyed how the characters developed. And the best part. The Marshal's Promise Kimberly Taylor I enjoyed this story about two lonely people trying to make a life together. Seth carries false guilt about situations beyond his control, and Rebecca's reputation is in tatters thanks to the local gossips. Since I accidentally read the second book in the series before this one, I knew how things would turn out for Rebecca and Seth, but the story stands on its own, too. Looking forward to reading more stories by Rhonda Gibson in the future
