Response to M. Fischer Media Spotlight Dear M. Fischer,I’ve been meaning to respond to your posting on Amazon about my book, The Day of Yahweh, but tempus does fugit.First though, I’d like to thank you for the kind things you had to say. Now I’d like to address your comments which I believe do not accurately reflect what I said in my book.To begin:He [Al Dager] believes that the falling away described in 2 Thess. 2:3 is the purging/purifying of the church as they go through the first half of the tribulation period. I believe the Bible clearly teaches that there is no reference to the church in the tr. "Great Read! A Unique and Compelling Prophetic Scenario" according to S Jacks. I've been following Al Dager for over 20 years and have read most of his books and special reports. He has a rare gift and writing style that, while engaging and easy to follow, is also concise and extremely well organized. I have just finished my second reading of "The Day of YahWeh" and I have to say that the second time was at least as fruitful and enlightening as the first. The author challenges us to consider prayerfully whether our allegiance is to particular teachers, or if we are willing to reassess what we believe in light of God’s Word and verifiable facts of history.. The author asks us to reconsider what we have learned from today’s popular expositors on end-times prophecy. The Day of Yahweh is an honest assessment of what Scripture says about how history will unfold as this temporal world winds down. Some of his conclusions will startle, even distress, those who are passionate about a particular eschatology learned at the feet of their favorite end-times teachers
