This was a great book to improve on for the English Section of Alanna P Crespo This was a great book to improve on for the English Section of the ACT! I went from an 18 to well over a 32+ for the English Section. However I improved upon my score by buying multiple books such as the Black Prep and the Manhattan Prep. I would buy this book again.. "The book to a perfect score" according to Robert Jomar. As I current high school senior preparing for the ACT, I would say that this book is a must to breeze through the ACT English section. To those preparing, read the book chronologically and stay diligent, you'll be able to reap the full benefits of the book. Great addition to my test prep!. Best ACT resource I've been an ACT tutor for 13 years-this is the best resource for the English test that I have ever used. Obviously written by someone who really knows the test well, which is not true of many of the books on the market. I also got her Reading book, and same thing.
