great introduction to the classic folktales This is the first Robin Hood book I've read, so I'm not sure how to compare it to others. It is a very well written compilation of many Robin Hood tales/ballads (some directly quoted at the beginning of each chapter). Robin's character, the wily fox, the quick-wit. Gamal said Five Stars.
