The book is about learning how to use watercolour painting, and the author stays on topic. It's a good book for learning, and teaches good technique. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.. I especially like the pages on the types of brushes and the marks you can paint with them. He demonstrates strokes for flowers and trees. I love the project pages. They are easy to follow and fun to paint. This is the second Terry Harrison's book I have purchased. I plan to buy more of his books in the near future.
