Great shipping good reference book on gynecologic surgery Valley shopper I purchased this after seeing Dr. Harry Reich present at AAGL. I wanted more info on his TLH cuff closure technique. The book arrived much faster than anticipated, well-packaged and new condition. DVDs in this book are good references though from a time before HD. Some of the surgical techniques presented make you stop and think how procedures might be improved.. quality of the book everthing about transport of book is perfect. you are suprisingly fast. however book has lost its shape a little so maybe you have to be more carefull when making the package.tahnk you for everthing.
