DESCRIPTION:

Another great book in this series ShopperMom5 I can't speak highly enough of the "Let's Read and Find Out Series." My two and four year old boys love to read them. Just enough info to be interesting and instructive for two, three and four year olds.. Air is All Around You This is a good book to use during any study on air. It provides some easy hands-on experiments with good visual pictures to illustrate the properties of air. Good choice for any science class with Kindergarten or First Grade students.. Would be good for Preschoolers, but less than impressed for our needs. Kacidee I am a huge fan of the Let's-Read-and-Find-Out Science Series. As a homeschooling Mama, this series is what I chose to be our science curriculum (Kindergarten). I have many of these books, and adore most of them. Most are extremely informative, and very 'science-y'. I love, too, that many of them have experiments inside. Fun & intriguing, this hands-on stuff! The best part is that these books will surely be beloved additions to our library. I'm certain we'll enjoy reading & re-reading them for at least a few years. However ;-)I was not overjoyed with

Bomboy, Chesterfield County Public Schools, Va.Copyright 1987 Reed Business Information, Inc. The major difference is in the all-new illustrations, which brighten and enliven the text. As the simple, direct text explains, the usefulness of snow far outweighs the disadvantages. From School Library Journal PreSchool-Grade 2 In this revision of the 1963 edition, Branley describes snowits characteristics, its usefulness to plants and animals, and the hazards it can cause. . There are only minor variations in the text since the first edition. Pamela K. This theme is carried out in Keller's charming full-color watercolor and ink illustrations that show children playing in, exploring, and discovering the marvels of snow
