This is a wonderful book by Rich DeVos-a Cofounder of Amway.DeVos discusses a few of the success themes like an actionorientation, a good attitude, an inviting atmosphere and aclose-knit team which emulates a family unit.DeVos explains the company growth with brand new plants inthe USA, China, India and Vietnam. He shows how the companyconcentrated on selling 100 products worldwide.In addition, there are limitations in certain markets, according tothe author. For instance, China requires that sales of goods bemanufactured in the host country.The author mentions some company products like Yanic cleanerand Nutrilit.
