Neat and helpful Erin Wake This is probably the best-looking and almost the most helpful law school casebook I've had. The explanations are clear, and the text and paper are easy to read (and highlighters won't bleed through).. "Great book - required for many Business Classes" according to DSeverance. If this is required reading, then you'll have to buy the book and it doesn't matter what my opinion is. In this case, get it used and get it cheap - if that means Amazon like it did for me, then great. If you are a practitioner and need a brush up, then this is a good book and taught me well.
