TKG said fascinating. Admittedly I'm still reading this book. So far it's been very interesting as far as reprinted documents go, at 700+ pages it's a lengthy read and certainly something you should read parts of then digest the information. The book itself is of good quality the lettering despite being a reproduction is clear however for note the original document had no pictures so the reprint also does not. The book makes heavy use of botanical Latin in referencing plant materials and you may need to cross reference most of the old t. Difficult Difficult to understand. I can't quite put my finger on it but there seems to be "too much" information about a given topic. They quote doctors, give the dr's education degrees, where they work at, ect, and use just too much unnecessary information. It's like looking for a receipt in a 5 gallon bucket of receipts. It's there with a lot of other valuable stuff. It is a book of great resources, however as I said before, it's a bit difficult pulling what you need out of it. I don't regret buying it. It could very well. Five Stars Deb I love the old info that can found in these books about herbs and medicines.
