rich content poor technicals 2 star average The poor technicals (zero stars) make getting to the excellent content (four stars) almost impossible. There are no links from the table of contents to the sections, authors and topics covered. The only way to navigate this book is by guesswork, subject searches and inserting lots of bookmarks and highlighting. On my regular and Paperwhite kindles this is almost impossible.
