All stakeholders should read it to understand both the internally generated and externally generated risks for violent behavior/ actions.. Best book on the market I have opened a number of schools and would recommend this text for anyone opening a new school or operating school without an emergency plan (do not wait until it is too late). Locking the entrance door is not enough. I have found the book to be quite insightful and it has broaden my approach to viewing school safety measures beyond making sure the entrance doorway is locked.TAD
