"Worthless" according to John Daniel Lairamore. This "book" is not worth your money. It's amateurishly written and the author seems to have a tenuous grasp of the English language. There are plenty of good resources out there regarding the topic of Opiate abuse and addiction, but this certainly isn't one of them.. This book is good except if you are taking minor, legitimate doses of opiates for pain relief. The author never mentions slow withdrawal from your prescribed dosage. The withdrawal stomp will not be as extreme as mentioned in the book. If the patient desires to do away with their use of opiates, are only using their prescribed dose, withdrawal from the medication should be relatively slow and easy.
