This book has a nice variety of designs where a lot of books tend to have one theme and all the pages follow that theme. The backside of the pages is also black. I can't wait to start in coloring it. You do not have that with this book. This book is a little different as the background part of the pages is black, where the other books I have the background part of the pages is white. The pages are made of a nice heavy quality paper, which will be nice for when I uses markers or pens that might tend to bleed. It is a great way to get away from it all and this book is no exception. There are garden designs, mandalas, animals and paisley patterns. I have just started this "stress relief" hobby, but I am enjoying it very much. There are 30 pages to color, but also right inside the front cover there is a page you can color that looks just like the cover of the coloring book.. I would recommend it to anyone. This is great adult coloring book
