"I really enjoyed this first book with the little old gray haired" according to Shorty. I really enjoyed this first book with the little old gray haired ladies. I loved the characters and the old ladies were rather funny and added to the book. I couldn't wait to read the other two books with these same characters. What a disappointment. I would give the other two books no stars at all. I thought I was going to find a new author to follow but after only reading a portion of the second book, I decided she was more into the . "Cute cozy, but" according to baray. I thought this book was a cute cozy book, but I agree with Fuzzy's Mom's rating. I really didn't like the role of Noel, her cop boyfriend. He fell totally in love with Izzy way too fast and started bossing her around way too much. Cave man style, which I don't think any woman worth her weight in salt would put up with now a days. Other than that, the characters were good, especially Izzy and the old ladies. The story was unique also. W. "Easy to read - I read it very quickly an" according to rmt98.
