It's a great price for such a beautiful hardcover book. The high quality glossy pages vividly exhibit the many prints and photographs represented. There is also ample and varied biographical information about Alphonse Mucha's life and career. It's a great book for any art-nuveau fan.. Nice, but not perfect This book has a nice quantity of Mucha images, but most of them are rather small, without close-ups for details. Also, though the book provides some nice information about this history of some of the works, I'm looking for a book that includes more information about the processes Mucha used as well as the symbolism featured in the works.
