This is one of my favorite coloring books I've purchased recently Emily Newsom This is one of my favorite coloring books I've purchased recently. So detailed, pretty and imaginative with plenty of fun details I didn't even notice until I started to color. Plus, unlike many other coloring books I've bought, almost all of the pages are very filled in.Each illustration is done in a cohesive style (folk art inspired) and though the focus is definitely birds and botanicals, the compositions have a nice range — from scenes to patterns to portraits. The paper is also nice and thick.
