A good yarn First off, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I liked the characters and I liked the setting. I will look for more from this author. 5 star.However if you are an English major or looking for a literary classic, whatever that means, you may have issues. The story is written as one might talk. Short simple sentences, perhaps slightly choppy at times but who gives a flip? I like that. Great story Amazon Customer I liked everything about this book. The story was great. The characters were well developed. I couldn't put it down. Can't wait for another Gallender book.. Could have been good JMDinGa Politically, I'm in tune with most of what the author presents. Unlike some other reviewers, I'm in agreement with the author on who the likely problematic people would be. But there are some major issues with this book. Many of the other 3, 2, and 1-star reviewers have it right. The key characters in this book are successful beyond reason in this virtually non-stop action tale.
