DESCRIPTION:

JT Hokie said Most likely this is Goddard's Best. Robert Goddard is the master of intergenerational mysteries: those skeletons in the closet must come out eventually, and not at the most convenient time! Other reviews will give a synopsis of the plot; I will tell you here that this remains the best English mystery I have read, bar none. If you like convoluted plots and mysteries within mysteries, this is the novel for you. I liked it so well, I have bought half a dozen used copies and shared them with friends. Read it, you won't find all the answers until the last page of the last chapter.. Where has he been? Barbara Alves I recently discovered this author after reading a column by Stephen King about his favorite books of 2008. He mentioned this author and how dazzled his was by the excellence of his writing. I agree! I recently purchased this and two other of his novels, and I plan to read them all. Mr. Goddard combines historical backgrounds with very compelling fiction. Treat yourself today and purchase one of Mr. Goddards novels. You won't be able to put the book down.. arrived quickly and in great shape!!! L❤️My Dogs My books arrived promptly, haven't had a chance to read them yet, but looking forward to it. Great condition.
