Terrible condition! The pages in this book are falling out!! Constantly putting them back! This is really Annoying. I realize it's a rental but come on!. Yaqi Yang said Don't provide ebook or any book for rental for that matter if not everything is provided.. Why publish a book with chapter review questions without an answer key? How are we suppose to know whether we are answering the questions correctly? I contacted Amazon because I rented this e-book through them and the only response I got was, "This book does not have an access code or cd, would you like a refund?" I need the textbook for class, so not a refund but help! This is ridiculous.. Wish there were more flashcards A solid, well put together book for me while I'm in school for Dental Hygiene, but I wish more of the figures from each chapter were made into the flashcards in back.
