It also includes blank forms (clearance, PIREP) to help with cockpit organization. The size makes if perfect for taking along with you when you fly. When flying, my IFR Guide is always with me. It is intended to be used as a review of IFR flight regulations and procedures and as a supplement to IFR flight training. Of course there is much, much more. The first section allows listing important flight/operation information, v-speeds, etc. .
