"Book is older, but can still be helpful." according to Deni. I haven't actually finished reading it yet, but this book is from several years ago. It obviously can't be up to date about the present market conditions. But there are still helpful ideas and suggestions, and they refer to the possibility of a Buyer's Market in places.
