Good book but the kindle formatting erodes the educational value. This book contains extremely valuable advice on writing for business, preparing PowerPoint presentations, etc. However, the kindle version is severely flawed. For instance, it will often give examples of how to format a document. Unfortunately these samples have not retained their proper formatt. Perfect guide to all communication Murat Aydogdu I have two versions of this book: the 9th Edition (2010) and (I think) the 3rd Edition from early 1990s when it was used as a textbook in one of my MBA classes. It's amazing to see how much of the material from decades ago still has value, and how well Munter updated the book to keep up with new. Awesome Book.
