"Recipes had name brand GF substitues" according to F. Wilson. I had to return the book because many of the recipes had name brand ingredients that are not easily found in my area. I was hoping the book would have had recipes with the various GF flours. I was surprised to find premixed flours in a book by 'Grandma'.
