"Helpful and informative" according to Shawnda Bauer. This was a very helpful book, lots of great infomation about newer more effective approaches to healing addiction! I would recommend this book along with Cynthia's program for healing addiction, to anyone who is struggling or has a loved one who is struggling with addiction to alcohol or drugs..
