All families with more than one child have times when one child needs more than another this book addresses the emotions that can arise in such situations. Tender but not oversweet.. kids love it Both my kids loved this book and I do like how I can carry the ipod and have the book with me when we are traveling. Saves space.Having the book easy to get makes it really easy for the kids to read.Loved the story my child has ASD and my little girl was able to ask question because of things that were in the story.She is starting to understand children with ASD a little more.. I was crying and laughing as I read the book because it reminded me of my own journey with our fourteen year-old son who has autism. It is absolutely brilliant and captures all the emotions and so many situations. Thanks for making me feel happy and sad all at once.

Using her background in psychology, Dreiblatt has worked with middle school students in special education, founded a play-based preschool, and has worked in the nonprofit sector to provide healthy recreation options for children of all ages.
