Exploring Microsoft Office The book came quickly and appeared to be new. The only problem was it was missing the access code that my son needed for his class. As a result, I had to go online and pay $80 for the access code. I'm not sure if the code was already used by the seller, but regardless, I thought I was purchasing a new product and it was missing a critical element. I did get a great deal on the book but once you added in the extra $80, it wasn't as good of a deal!
