Right on time J. Mogavero I received my book pretty quick Only thing was the CD did not come with the book, even though the description said that it would.. Exploring Microsoft Office The book came quickly and appeared to be new. The only problem was it was missing the access code that my son needed for his class. As a result, I had to go online and pay $80 for the access code. I'm not sure if the code was already used by the seller, but regardless, I thought I was purchasing a new product and it was missing a critical element. I did get a great deal on the book but once you added in the extra $80, it wasn't as good of a deal!
