A Must-read book for all of us experiencing guilt Extremely helpful book. Very well-written & easy to relate to. Thanks to the author for her experience, wisdom, & honesty.. Unprofessional Sarah Basically she insults you if you believe in any kind of religion or spiritually and called you weak and you need a crutch. My faith was the only thing that got me through Hurricane Katrina, deaths in my family, depression, and other things that would have made anyone else fall apart. I think this woman had a bad experience with religion and so she decides to attack it out of hurt. Good therapists can be impartial and open to different things working for . Good but not earth shattering It was long but easy to skip over parts that did not fit and were repetitive. It is organized well to see what parts apply to ur life and what doesn't. If you do not like repetitive content I suggest doing that. Great take aways but wouldn't read it cover to cover
