Epic story Not having previously known much about Ted Turner, I didn't have any expecations of how I would receive this book. I was surprised to find myself fascinated with his life journey that he outlines so well. Turner has a unique style of narration that I found quite appealling; insightful and to the point. I appreciated how he reflects on experiences early in his life that have such a profound influence on his later actions and successes. Thanks Ted Turner and Bill Burke for sharing such an iconic american success story.. "Excellent Autobiography of a True Visionary" according to Miami Boy. Ted Turner is a true visionary. His autobiography is informative, entertaining, and inspiring. I am glad that Turner finally decided to put his life story down on paper. It's very interesting to see how he created a business empire from a modest family-owned business. Turner's autobiography shows what you can accomplish with a lot of hard work and creativity. It's rare that you use the adjective "creative" to describe a hard-nosed business executive, but in Turner's case "creative" is a good fit. Get this book. A real page turner and like Ted, it's a winner.
