Three Stars I liked it because it has a lot of good information.. What? clueless writer. I was not impressed at all, He apperantly does not suffer with bipolar for he would never call himself a paitent. He is a great researcher though. The things he listed were very basic and can be found on the internet easily. I was thinking I was going to read a firsat hand experiance. He is clueless about what really works and doesn't. I can tell by his use of light and dark therapy. Whatever. Bipolar has. "A Helpful Book With Some Errors" according to Lenita Sheridan Graves. One major error the author makes is to suggest the bipolar patient get plenty of sleep and, that he suggests, without medication. The main problem of a manic episode is that one has insomnia. In fact, some patients have gone a month without any sleep. The reverse of this is that when the patient is depressed they oversleep.Other than this, the only mistake I see is an underuse of commas, making this book
