Good stories, but presentation (text and pictures) was a little too childish An okay book. The stories included were fine in regards to the stories selected themselves, length, and writing style. However, the presentation of this book was very childish. I would have expected that if this was Bible stories for men, that we could have more of a paperback style book. Well upon reading this book I find it to be very dumbed down for an adult man to be reading a book such as this. it does not go into great detail of what is actually in the Bible. it leaves out a lot of very specific things that occurred in the Bible. it also goes into writing things out as they are little stories of happenings and occurrences in the Bible. it seems more like a book that would have been written for a young person and the actual age I can't really say, but definitely not an adult male. It is also not really a Bible per se. It's totally a book of story telling. It does stay on

There are several stories within the bible that show relationships that can help fathers form a Christian bond with their son. Fathers can use this story to form a Christian bond with their son in teaching him that it is not right to be so overcome by jealousy that you'd react violently and kill and to learn to open his heart to God so that he is not ruled by jealousy and hate. Cain and Abel were brothers. Stories like these are throughout the Bible and can be used to strengthen the bond that a father has with his son in a more Christian way.. The story shows that Cain became angry and jealous of his brother Abel because Abel offered God a more excellent sacrifice than himself and in a fit of rage he killed him for it. One example is the story of Cain and Abel. How Daniel never ceased to worship and pray to God, despite a decree that no one was to worship any gods but King Darius at the time or risk being thrown into the lion's den, but still he prayed to His God.
