There are also great pictures that show you how to use the equipment at the gym and how to perform exercises correctly (which I am a newbie so it gives me more confidence). This book should be called the "Gym Bible". I made mini versions of the workouts and laminated them, and I keep them in my gym bag. I take out the workout that I am going to do for the day so I don't forget what to do! I am also using this and reading the Eat Clean series by Tosca Reno. Much more than a gym book This book covers more than just the gym.
