Donna served as an interventionist for her district before becoming a supervisor. She helped to create a curriculum in her district that aligned to the Common Core State Standards and has facilitated workshops on standards-based instruction and PARCC. After leaving the NJDOE, she continued to work as a literacy coach in Plainfield. She is passionate about literacy and considers herself a lifelong learner.
