When I ran across this one I knew it was going to be lovingly well-used. It gives good rounded information for a beginner and yet is full of information for those who have done aromatherapy for a while. She talks about safety however does not mention which oils that should never be used in Aromatherapy or the specific ones not to be used for children under certain ages.I suggest purchasing a basic book on essential oils and their properties such as Worwood & Worwood's Essentia.
