It is an interesting book Grandma The only page I don't care for is the letter X for cross-country skiing- that really is not a good use of the letter X. Our 26 month old grandson asks to have this read often when we are in the car. We use it as a car book,in our "things to do in the car bag". Esquiline said Be patriotic and learn ABCs all in one.. Fabulously illustrated and the best way for your kids to learn their ABCs and about their country. Mr. Gurth is truly a genius with a pen.Quibbles:Some of the words picked for letters in there go over the heads of most preschoolers. Can be quite a chore explaining at bedtime.
