Brilliant Read I was an adolescent when Adams was at the top he was the inspiration for my generation. reading this book brought back the highs and lows of a career that effected most people doing judo at that time its a brilliant read and a human story about a guy doing judo he could so easily have been a double Olympic and double world Champion only for simple bad luck bad, but he puts that into perspective its a great book by the. "Get inside the head of one of the all time great judo players!" according to James R. West. I just met Neil a few months ago. I would love the opportunity to train under him -- even for a short the. His story is well done and if you are a judo player and know folks at the higher levels you will enjoy it. It was written a number of years ago and I am sure that Neil might even look differently today at parts of hiss life than he did when he wrote it. There are many typos in the book that need to be corrected.
