"Great clean romance" according to Amazon Customer PatH. Usually I don't care for time travel romances since they start out with an impossible setting in the first place, but since I had read the first book in this series in a collection of Regency romances I wanted to continue the series. Even though the story relies basically on a fantasy setting of a gypsy woman who has the ability to help a person move through time by use of magic stones the story is enjoyable enough to allow the reader to set that aside and go along for the ride. It really had an interesting aspect to it. We all find ourselves drawn to certain objects and time periods wishing that we can somehow travel back in time and visit. Helena is no different. The moment Helena appeared on the page, I felt that I had a lot in common with her. Sometimes you just don’t fit in and Helena goes through her whole life feeling like that.
